 Welding

Swift welders are certified by the American Welding Society for class D1.1 Structural Steel, D1.2 Aluminum, D1.3 Sheet Steel and D1.6 Stainless Steel.

We currently have three independent welding stations all with back draft tables and A.C. inverter TIG welders.  Welding fixtures are commonly used to increase throughput, reduce costs and improve quality.  Some parts are even designed to snap together and be self-fixturing, which can reduce costs even more.

Two of our four spot welders are rated at 125KVA and have "state of the art" controllers.  What this means is that you can expect consistent and reliable weld nuggets on anything from very thin steel up to and including two pieces of .125" thick aluminum.

All spot welding operations are computer controlled.

We commonly TIG weld Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Galvaneal.
